LEGAZPI CITY – Communities affected by Severe Tropical Storm “Kristine” (international name: Trami) in Albay and Camarines Sur will soon receive rice allocations from Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri’s donation of 600 sacks, which were delivered Thursday, November 7. Albay provincial officials received 200 sacks of rice while Libon, the hometown of Zubiri’s mother and one of the areas severely impacted by flooding and landslides, got 150.
