MANILA, Philippines — Moderate to heavy rain showers with lightning and strong winds are expected over some Luzon areas on Sunday afternoon, the state weather bureau said. In an advisory issued at 4 p.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the affected areas are Laguna, Rizal, Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan, and Zambales.
